Our women’s health nutrition service is designed to help you feel informed, supported, and in control of your health at every stage of life. Whether you’re navigating fertility, pregnancy, PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, menopause, or gastrointestinal concerns, we provide practical, evidence-based guidance tailored to your unique needs. From clarifying conflicting information to reducing symptoms and supporting positive lifestyle changes, our goal is to help you feel confident in your body and empowered to take control of your health.

Initial Nutrition Consult
$250 / 75-90 Minute Appointment
Designed to explore your history, medical conditions, blood work, menstrual cycle (where relevant, diet, symptoms and more. A comprehensive assessment to ensure we understand the bigger picture affecting your symptoms, so that we can work with you to develop a realistic and tailored nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle.
Mini Nausea Consult
$150 / 30 Minute Appointment
Created for women during pregnancy who are experiencing nausea, vomiting and/or hyperemesis gravidarum. This is a short 30-minute face to face or phone consult to provide you with immediate strategies and a plan to support your symptoms and solutions to nourish you and your baby.
For Existing Clients
Initial Nutrition Consult
$160 / 50 Minute Appointment
This consultation provides an opportunity to answer any questions, review how you are going and refine your nutrition plan and goals. A perfect opportunity to receive ongoing guidance and encouragement so you can stay on track to achieving your goals.

We will require a $50 deposit to secure your appointment. See our cancellation policy for more details.
During your initial consultation, we’ll complete a thorough medical and nutrition history and determine your health goals. At the end of the session, you will leave with a few tips and strategies to get started with prior to your next appointment.
The information collected in the initial consult will allow us to create a personalised nutrition plan tailored to your needs and provide a clear path to helping you achieve your goals.
No! You can see a dietitian without requiring a referral from a GP or Specialist.
We will only require a referral from your GP if you are eligible and you would like to use a visit from your Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP), Team Care Arrangement (TCA), or Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan (EDP).
You may be eligible for Medicare rebates for up to 5 allied health appointments (including dietitian) per calendar year under a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) or Team Care Arrangement Plan (TCA).
For eating disorder support you may be eligible for up to 20 dietitian appointments under an Eating Disorder Treatment and Managment Plan (EDP).
You will require a GP referral to access this scheme so speak with your GP if this is right for you. Current Medicare rebates through this scheme are set at $60.35. With the appropriate referral, we can process this rebate for you following your consult.
