Cancellation Policy
At Flora Health Services we value your time and understand circumstances may change unexpectedly. We appreciate as much notice as you can provide us if you need to reschedule or cancel.
For new clients, we will require a $50 deposit to secure your spot. Cancellation or reschedule requests made with 48 hours notice of the appointment are able to have this credited to a future appointment.
Cancellations or no-shows within 24-48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the $50 deposit.
