Laura

Laura, an Accredited Practising Dietitian and certified Prenatal Dietitian, is passionate about empowering women and families to navigate health challenges with personalised, evidence-based care.

At Flora Health Services, we specialise in women’s health, including fertility, pregnancy, PCOS, endometriosis, and menopause, as well as children’s health, from fussy eating to sensory issues and gut health. We understand that health is not one-size-fits-all, and we’re here to guide you through the complexities of nutrition with a friendly, supportive approach that adapts to your unique needs.

Laura’s experience spans community, private practice, and hospital settings, and her commitment is to provide clear, realistic advice amidst the overwhelming flood of health information. Whether you’re looking for support during pregnancy, navigating a child’s nutritional needs, disordered eating or addressing hormonal imbalances, we’re here to help you feel confident and supported in your health journey.

About Us

Pip

Pip is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with over five years of diverse experience in both Australia and Canada. She is passionate about working with individuals experiencing an eating disorder, disordered eating, or seeking to build a healthier relationship with food. 

Pip understands that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and that recovery is rarely linear. She offers personalised, collaborative care with a warm, non-judgemental approach to helping you rebuild a more balanced relationship with food and your body.  

Pip has worked with children, adolescents, adults and families across private practice, community, and tertiary healthcare settings, including inpatient, day treatment program and outpatient services.  

She is trained and experienced in delivering evidence-based treatments including Family-Based Therapy (FBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for ARFID (CBT-AR), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
